Criteo, a global leader in commerce media and performance advertising, partnered with BROIDR to produce custom teamwear and branded giveaways for their presence at Shoptalk Europe 2025, Europe’s leading retail & e-commerce conference. The goal was to create high-quality, on-brand merchandise that would make the team stand out while offering engaging, memorable touchpoints for booth visitors — all within a tight production window.
CHALLENGE
Criteo tasked us with:
- Tight deadline: delivery required within 3 weeks.
- Curating a product selection of unique and impactful items closely aligned with their brand identity and corporate colour scheme.
- Managing design complexity to translate the specific branding guidelines into impactful merchandising items.


OUR APPROACH

- End-to-end creative direction from design consultation & mock-ups translating specific branding guidelines into beautiful gifts.
- A tailored selection of novelty items aligned to Criteo's CI & the summery theme of Shoptalk 2025 in Barcelona.
- Products included: Locally sourced HAAN hand cream, aGO mini portable speakers, Japanese Noshinku hand sanitizers & client gifts such as tote bags, water bottles and lanyards.
- Coordinated shipping straight to the event venue as Criteo's European partner to minimize shipping expenses.
RESULTS
We achieved:
- 100% on-time delivery, straight to the event venue.
- 0% production errors or defects across 555 total units
- Successful translation of Criteo’s brand evolution - "For the love of commerce" - into a thoughtful, emotionally resonant merch experience that reflected their shift toward AI-powered, story-driven commerce.
- A curated giveaway that boosted engagement at Shoptalk and reinforced Criteo’s repositioning across social channels, driving stronger brand recall and partner interest post-event.
